Our History

EB's Restaurant opened in 1986 and has been in business for 28 years.

Founded by Edward Borgatti Sr., Ed Sr. teamed up with his son to fulfill his lifelong dream of owning his own restaurant.

Ed felt that in the busy lives of working families, they deserved better quality takeout and family dining. Chicken was the focus because of its healthy image. Young Ed took over completely in 1994.

Through technology and hard work, E.B’s grew into a concept of “good food, fast”.

Over the years of growth, customers have become addicted to E.B’s. They “Gotta Have It” as the slogan reads today.
